About Us
We are the experts in managing your home move. With a wealth of experience, our team of Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors and Legal Executives, have likely seen and dealt with every scenario possible during a property transaction, so you know you’re in expert hands with us. If you’re happy with your conveyancing quote and choose to instruct us you will receive your own dedicated conveyancer, who will look after you and your transaction from the beginning all the way through to completion. You’ll also receive their direct phone number and have an email address, so you always know how to contact them and can do so at your own convenience.
We have a fully interactive case management portal, eWay, where you have full visibility of how your case is progressing and can easily see any outstanding actions for you to complete. You can upload or read documents at your own convenience and contact your conveyancer directly through the portal; it even provides a log of emails sent and received by you and your conveyancer so you know exactly what work we’re conducting on your case. We know that you want to feel in control of your house move and eWay provides the transparency to help with this.
How does the conveyancing quote calculator work
Let us know the details for your house purchase, sale or remortgage by completing the details in the conveyancing quote calculator. Fill in the property details as accurately as possible and get your personalised conveyancing quote instantly. Our conveyancing quotes are all-inclusive and will only change from the price quoted if your instructions do.
You will be able to see your conveyancing quote online and you will also receive an email with your personalised quote and contact details for one of our expert Quote Advisors. Certain details such as whether your property is a leasehold or freehold can affect your quote, so if you want to discuss your conveyancing quote in more detail, our Quote Advisors are on hand to help to ensure it is accurate for your circumstances, alternatively you can instruct online in minutes.
Our conveyancing quotes include a no move no fee guarantee
We know that sometimes things don’t work out as planned and this includes buying and selling houses. If your transaction falls through at no fault of your own, there will be no legal fees to pay. Although when buying a house, searches are paid for upfront, we will also cover the costs of the new searches if you find another property within three months, giving you the peace of mind that you won’t be left out of pocket.
